Just what I needed to attract attention outside my open houses. This banner flag assembles easily and includes six metal pole pieces that slide/lock together. The flag threads over the pole and has a fabric loop at the bottom to slip over a plastic clip and secure the flag in place.The bottom pole piece has a point to push into the ground for support. The fabric is very colorful and sure to catch the eye.A black storage bag is included to keep the pole pieces in one place.Ideal product to display in the front yard to direct and assure potential buyers they have found what they’re looking for!

I ordered the QSUM Open House Signs for Real Estate and Open House Flag through the VINE program.It is easy to assemble, and the colors I chose draw the attention of passers-by. It served well as I gave directions to potential customers, advising them to look for the colorful "Open House" flag. It also got me several prospective customers driving by and seeing the sign.

Excellent feather flag, high visibility, portable & easy to assemble. Fits in tote bag, and stores easily under the seat of a car. Swoopers make a big difference in attracting attention and helping people find the open house. Pro tip: take a jug of water to soften the ground where you plan to stake the flag.
